Neither a busy day nor a rainy day are conducive to to picture taking... and certainly not when they coincide! Happily, Mrs S received another bouquet on Friday so I was able to practice my soft-focus skills with the aim of producing a dreamy effect. I'm not displeased with this result, especially when viewed on black.
As usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
Nice. A dose of "negative clarity" is often a quick way to add "softness" especially to B&W. I see from an earlier comment on anther shot that you must be shooting raw and bringing them into Lightroom for some tone adjustment.
@frankhymus That was my Project 52 shot from yesterday that I tweaked in LR but all my Ocoloy images are the out of camera Jpegs loaded straight from the SD card to the relevant 'My Pictures' folder on my PC; and all of my Ocoloy images this year have been shot with the same camera settings.
@s4sayer@randystreat@joansmor But we did buy two new cars... it would have been much cheaper to have bought the bouquets! But I did get a couple of 365 shots as a bonus... and neither of us have taken a photo of Mrs S's car yet ;-))
Indeed! 2 Beautiful bouquets in 3 weeks from motor concession.
