ICM

Me bad. This is one I took yesterday for our facebook theme. Today, I spent outside with the weed eater and weed spraying, after a circuit training session. Didn't realise how dehydrated I got, and had a funny turn. Consequently no photography, as spent the rest of the day having cold showers, and feet up in the shade
