Doune Castle

This is Doune Castle, shot yesterday. For those of you who watched Outlander, Doune Castle is used as Castle Leoch, the seat of Clan Mackenzie. The same castle was used as Winterfell in Game of Thrones. Today was a shopping and playing Mahjong with my mums friends day today

Oh, I've been there! We have friends who live in Dunblane and we made a cycle trip to Doune when staying with them a couple of years back. Nice wee village and castle. Lovely capture.
