Hydrangea flowers

I'm not much of a gardener, but after having to dig out some of our grass bank to lay a concrete pad for the motorhome, I ended up with quite a large area to plant. I won this hydrangea at a golf tournament last year, and to be honest, I thought I'd killed it. I'm delighted to say its flourishing now.

Hydrangea are such wonderful plants! Beautiful when blooming and lovely in dry arrangements in fall and winter!

Lovely. They must be hard to kill, as mine are surviving too.

Well done. They just won't grow in our garden. Maybe our soil is too sandy

I love the wonderful details in those petals, the fine veins and the water drops. Lovely photo.
