Now To Remember to Take Them

Sue! I've joined the calcium channel blocker club.

Three good things

GP is still a lovely bloke (I knew him 32 years ago when he was a trainee on the SCBU)
I'm 60 so prescriptions are freeeeeeeeeee
Risk of stroke/coronary is only 6.8%
Love your dof on this, I have to check out the calcium blocker as it is new to me 😉

Your hi key photo makes pills look attractive! These sound like good gear too - a different way to address blood pressure - and free!

@grammyn before Christmas I glibly said to hubby how lucky we were as not on medications, unlike most of our friends! Thank you, and no no bokey but my favourite dof because quickly done in low light, before going out.
@overalvandaan but failed white on white as rushed!!!
@robz I hate taking drugs Rob, but needs must!!!
@brennieb I'm thinking best at night??
@ludwigsdiana do something to lower blood pressure, I'm not googling it though, might be scary

Your BP settling down now? And you worked in a SCBU? My boy was a 29 week premie. Love those nurses and docs! We wouldn't be here now without them.

It'sw a bugger this getting older isn't it. ha ha.

We have been away for a few days and David forgot to take his blood thinners after he had a DVT for a couple of days. (No sign on the kitchen worktop while we are away to remind him) I think a combination of forgetting the tablet and a touch of too much sun and dehydration caused his funny turn yesterday while we were away. Bloody hot here at the moment. Glad to see he is much better now we are home again today though.

Free prescriptions for over 60 would be ok. Hope they work for Jackie :)
