Not Quite As Turner Would Paint

Turner painted a lovely buccolic scene of the canal with Chichester Cathedral in the distance. If there today he would have paint-brushed in some clouds, birds and a cow and ignored the floating litter, which I've consciously not paint-brushed out.

My word for today is music over on The DarkRoom but will never be heard again
Very pretty shot.

It’s Chichester so it must be upmarket litter. Nice reflections.

Still a beautiful scene and the eye glosses over the litter that the camera did not!

Your composition is nice with the water edges leading to the cathedral and the reflection of the spire at the end of the water.
