Birthday Greetings from the Queen

Obviously turning 100 is a very special occasion, and my friend's mother received certificates of recognition from the top dignitaries of Canada and this, from Queen Elizabeth. Around the room were the many cards she'd received from her friends, and it must say a lot for shifting demographics that so many were printed especially for a 100th Birthday!

My friend's mother turns 103 on 6th October. I recall the card & wishes she received on her 100th.
