We went for a drive in the late afternoon and I got dozens of beautiful photos in the golden light. At the end of the day, however, I was delighted to have seen so many birds and animals! I had to capture the pheasent from the car window, but that male was followed by "a bouquet" of young ones. They blend into the grasses, but you can see one just behind him to the left. At least 8 followed him one after another! On the upper right is an Osprey, or sea eagle. We see them often, and this one was busy eating something he'd fished from the harbour. Lower left are only a small portion of the Canada Geese we saw in this cove, and on the right, a deer was out in the late afternoon. I went out to take photos with one idea in mind and came home with something completely different!
so many interesting things to take pictures of, photographers paradise. Louise since I just came back, not sure if its been brought up. But the cute cat that kinda adopted you last year is he still around?
