Well, I only know a few people from there, but if this family is representative, it must be a nice neighbourhood to live in! When I knew our friends, Alan and Susan were expecting family to come for a visit, I invited them all to dinner. Susan turned it around and said we ought to come to their house instead! Meeting their houseguests was like seeing old friends again! As soon as I started taking pictures, Lori got her camera (with a really excellent lens!) and I knew I'd met a soul mate! Her husband, David, has had a fascinating career as a Geologist and told some wonderful stories of his early years in the Yukon near the Alaska border. Their teenage children were friendly, engaging and a delight to be around; I can't sing their praises enough! Their son is an accomplished soccor player and their daughter is a Canadian champion Rhythmic Gymnist. She'll be competing in the Pan American game in Argentina next month. Be prepared to be amazed! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ODtblsHwvo
Hannah's performance was nothing less than AMAZING ~ unbelievable talent! Wishing her well in the upcoming competition! This entire family sounds delightful...so glad that you have spotlighted them on 365!
Sounds like a wonderful visit! It's nice to cyberly meet them. Lori should think about being on 365! Yup. I think it would be interesting to see her pictures.
