Musical Theatre is Alive & Well in Nova Scotia! by Weezilou

Musical Theatre is Alive & Well in Nova Scotia!

We went with friends, Jean & Fred to see a play in Chester, one I'd never heard of....but I know all about it now! It was the most delightful evening of music from our teen years, and with little dialog stringing all the songs together, it was as though I could recite (or sing!) the entire play! I was in my hay-day back then, so as I worked with the one photo to post, I began to think of the scrapbooks I taped together back then... (I do not scrapbook in the present day.) I wish more friends could have been with us...it was a delight! (LQ was 16 again! ;-)
I love all this music and it sounds like a great night. Very creative page, I too had scrapbooks of my youth to record my activities. Now I just use the internet! Ha!

Love this, but then I love musical theatre. My lovely grandson nearly read it at university, but even with the scholarship they offered him the cost would have been prohibitive, especially at a time when so many graduates are un or even under employed
