I got a string of wonderful photos of this mother, waiting to fly to the nest, and the nest with the two fledglings waiting for their supper. The inset just wasn't working, so we'll go with the mom tonight.
Here's the best part... Now that we have a view across the water, I can put my camera on 60x zoom and I can tell if there are birds on the nest! It takes less than 5 minutes to drive over there. My "Lunenburg Widow's Watch" is now for Bird Watching!
