The Stars were out at High Noon on the set location of the 1959 Classic film, "Some Like it Hot", starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon. This luxury 1888 beach hotel served as today's meeting site for cast members of "Three Hundred and Sixty-Five - Our Gang" who welcomed visitor, The Illustrious Mike Gifford
@mikegifford, known for his supporting role in the on-going ensamble series, "Five Plus Two". Present to fill their supporting roles were, Joe III
@thirdjoe, known for maintaining law and order, Marilyn Monroe look-alike, Joy
@Joysfocus, Lady-in-Red who deigned to make a day-light appearance, though more typically seen chasing sunsets and moon-rises, Osia
@panthora, aforementioned Mr Gifford and the better half of the "Lucy-and-Desi-Like" team of Louise and Ken
@weezilou, the long-suffering, chauffeur and baggage handler, Ken.
A marvelous time was has by all with but few mishaps, such as when Miss Panthora hijacked a colorful beach umbrella from a couple sunning themselves, only to have the wind carry it away. She was heard to exclaim, "Well, they won't recognize me if they pass me on the street tomorrow..."
A tasty luncheon was held in a Coronado Island restaurant serving the popular local Mexican fare, washed down with the requisite Margaritas.
Too soon all parted, the lovely Miss Joy leaving early "...to attend another soiree..." she was heard to coo. All promised to share the treasures gathered today, to keep in touch and to meet again soon. Those not in attendance were sorely missed, and all hope to bring them back into the circle again soon.

@joysfocus Joy, love your comment!!
@redy4et Elizabeth, you REALLY need to join this wonderful group of people when you return from your trip. I think the next outing is planned for May 16.... you can find half the crew at the Wild Animal Park, and the other half at the Doheny Blues Festival at Dana Point.
