Brief Respite

Friends called and asked me to join them for coffee.
People still question what it is I'm photographing...
She didn't want to be in the picture...
I told her she wasn't (exactly)...

"Mable, Mable, if you're able,
Get your elbows off the table!
This is not a horse's stable;
This is someone's dining table!"

As adults in this casual setting, I hope it can be forgiven!
