I sat in on a practice session as my son-in-law directed the school orchestra. In this beautiful, glass-walled chapel on campus, I was the audience-of-one, and the "noise" was amazingly joyful, indeed!
I'll be catching up in the coming week as we've been visiting Chicago & North Carolina since April 28, and we're now back in Lunenburg. I won't be up to speed at the outset as I haven't even unpacked my suitcases yet! It's been a remarkable 15-day journey with *thousands* of photos...can't wait to be settled and fully in touch! It was a truly amazing visit...My first Chicago *vacation* in 20 years of visits! All couldn't be better...we're so happy to be back "home"! @joysfocus HUGE congratulations on having had the photos accepted! You're sure to come home with ribbons; I'm betting on it! I'm not halfway around the world! We're 4 hr time difference...going on 1... Maybe by the time we return, you'll have graduated again and there will be time to play! Meanwhile, SO MUCH to share about the 365 meet-up in Chicago (FABULOUS!) and our visit to NC before coming here. Filled days and photos...too wonderful! Will miss you, dear friend, but this time will pass all too quickly as well!
