Survived and Thrived! by Weezilou

Survived and Thrived!

We've now been coming to Lunenburg for 17 summers. In the early early years, I'd buy a couple of plants and give them away at the end of the season. More recently, the plants have grown beautifully, so I now farm them out. They were delivered back to the porch this morning, and only one of the small ones didn't make it, but the rest are popping out of their pots! I couldn't have been more pleased to see blooms on my now-huge African violet plants! Flowers were my day's photo ops as we're still getting settled, and the weather turned cool, so I didn't venture out to the yard.

My California blood is still thin and I haven't yet acclimatized!
Pretty African Violet. Welcome to your second home sweet home, Louise! Sending you some California sunshine! Enjoy...
