I was asked to take a group photo of all the quartets and their Master-Class teachers before they dispersed for home. In front of the Academy was the original choice before they made a last stop at the Ironwork's Distillery for some gifts to take home. It was a wonderful vintage building with a very rustic interior making for unique photos of individuals. When I had what I needed, they asked me to stand with them, so once more, "Thank you Ken for the photo"! "Our" Quartet has stayed on until Sunday morning, and we do love their youthful, enthusiastic vibe in our home!

@jamibann So funny, Issi! I have been vehement about not getting sucked into FB, but the opera singer who was here *inisited* it would be such a good way for us to stay in touch (and so it is!) Everyone said, "use a fake name" but what a laugh! Many of my friends follow my daughters, and suddenly I'm on FB! I hope not to be sucked into it & use it primarily to be in touch with the people who stay with us through the LAMP program! I take their photos, and I'm happy to see them pass them around : )

@salza You might well-imagine how delighted I am to have the memories of them all in photos! On that day I brought a blank paper and asked them all to autograph it. I then arranged it at the bottom of the photo of them all and it gives them a special souvenir. But look who has the original ; )
A great group portrait Louise! I always love how you get people to pose and it all looks so relaxed and natural. Lovely to see all the young musicians who have been giving you and Ken such pleasure! Life in Lunenburg is pure joy! Fav!
