Pam @pamknowler laid out quite an amazing luncheon spread for the reunion of some of us who met at a Chicago gathering in May of 2015. Rosie @rosiekind and her husband drove over for the afternoon, but sadly, Sarah @pixiemac couldn't join us as her new puppy inconveniently ingested a sewing needle! (The operation was a success, and, as a former veterinary assistant, I was pleased to see a body wrap to protect the incisions and to make the dog comfortable. No "Cone of Shame" which adds insult to injury!) However, the convalescent's homecoming prevented Sarah from being with us as planned. We also had the pleasure of meeting Pam's nephew and his guest, just back from a Canary Island holiday. The food was wonderful, and, as good, was the great company and lively conversation through the afternoon!

@pcoulson We're quite enjoying "the weather" as back in California, it's always so predictably sunny! I'm loving the variety and have managed not to be drenched! Such a beautiful country! We're loving our visit!
@jamibann You have no idea how I wished we could encompass a visit to region as well! Once I never thought we'd be here again, so who's to say what the future might hold!
