Before going to the Tattoo, our friends Enid and Gordon invited us to dinner at their home in Mahone Bay. It was Enid who first visited Nova Scotia before coming to see us in California and told us she'd discovered "a slice of Heaven". They bought a place up here shortly before we joined them and did the same. We met them in Australia years ago, but never dreamed we'd be summer neighbours! They're great people; you'd love them!

Great color. Love the periwinkle in Enid's top and the place mats. It's a small world, isn't it?? Meeting them in Australia and ending up as summer neighbors in NS. Wonderful!
