(Came back and changed the name after listening to Creedence Clearwater while pulling together a Shutterfly book!)
We left Chicago yesterday morning & since then I've had no time to look at the many photos I've taken. This evening in California I got glorious sunset photos to add to all the new-batch-of grand-kid photos, then turned around to walk back to the house and the moon was rising against a lavender sky. With no time to go through them all, I liked this that was near the last of the ones I took and decided to go with it.
Thanks for hanging in there with me when I've had no time to reciprocate as I'd like. Have a good week!
Great capture. Have you left Nova Scotia now. I loved your shots from there and felt I was getting to know a community in a place where I would have felt comfortable!
@ceilidh We're only taking a side trip, Margaret. In Chicago, our daughter wantud us to meet the newest family member, so our daughter in California asked if we could come for a visit, too, "while we're out and about!" We'll return to Lunenburg to stay until early December, so there's more in store for you from there :) I'm so glad you find it a comfort zone...we found it to be so, too!
Wonderful moon shot! I have been enjoying seeing what others have posted of this supermoon! Have a good trip back.....I can think of a few creatures that are missing you back there!
Great , lovely and beautiful.
