She'll Float Through the Air with the Greatest of Ease ...

Even before I'd left for Chicago, Taffy asked if we'd still be here on this date. The occasion was a recital by two of her students in their trapeze class! Now THAT's not something I get to see everyday (say, "Ever"!) so I jumped at the chance! We took Bodhi who really enjoyed it, too! When the music "Eye of the Tiger" began, he whirled around to me and said, "THAT's My Song!" (WHERE do kids come up with this stuff?! ...he's FOUR) (His mom does play it for him and he loves to dance around the room to it...) The event made for an enjoyable and most interesting evening, and best of all, it was held only walking distance from our daughter's home!

So that was the Grand Finale of my 365 Chicago visit! We stayed on a few more days, and had family time ... and they had to listen to me go on and on about all we did and the fun time we had!
Fav! Lovely story. Yes we do get attached to music we have shared with those close to us.

Wonderful. Great photo collage too! What an experience, and Bodhi is right, great music. I jog to it!

that would have been very exciting. I used to dream of being in a circus on the trapeze after seeing the 1956 movie Trapeze with Kirk Douglas and Tony Curtis
