Walking down at the docks on this windy day, the flags, often hard to capture, weren't varying from this state in the stiff breeze! After all these years, I learned on this day that "a Cape Islander" is a type of boat, but it was the signage I was most interested in.
Was trying to read the message by the sign flags. But some of them I did n`t recognize as a sign flag. ( The black/red , black/withe cross , black/withe and yellow/black/yellow ones )
