308 days into my year long making of a daily still life. Annie D challenged me to photograph "gadgets". Corkscrews are definitely gadgets and here are three of different ages. The modern, middle one is perhaps the most efficient but the other two are to my eyes more aesthetically pleasing and tactile. The wooden one on the right belonged to my Grandmother who died in 1968 aged 94.
