Utility box art

For the new Street Art challenge. Last summer, a local community foundation commissioned several artists to paint city-owned utility boxes. I like this one, reminds me of VanGogh’s The Starry Night.

nice idea. They painted our fire hydrants many years ago. They, like these painted boxes, added pops of color and interest to mundane but necessary objects.
