I think it's a penguin swimming- I'm not sure if I know what the actual name is but the pattern on the bottom panel reminds me of the cute little ones that live on the coast of Africa.

Yes, hahaha- it helps-- NOT! (smile) It does look like it's in water. Part of me wants to say whale, another part wants to say turtle, and yet another part dolphin. I can't make up my mind!
