Remembrance Day is a memorial day observed in Commonwealth member states since the end of the First World War to honour armed forces members who have died in the line of duty.
On the 11th hour on the 11th day of the 11th month, a minutes’ silence is observed and dedicated to those soldiers who died fighting to protect the nation.
LEST WE FORGET
Lovely tribute. Lest we forget so that what happened then does not happen again. But that is only in words - look at what's going on in Ukraine where thousands of lives have been lost already.
