This is a beautiful photo, great "sparkles", and yes, quite a difference. However, we were in Costco this afternoon, and you would have thought it was December 23rd. We couldn't believe the crowd!!
I may just venture back to the shops now it's undoubtedly quieter. I'm guessing it has as much to do with the cold weather as the post Christmas period.
Looks similar to a Mall that we have here. Love that it is not crowded. I missed not going to the Mall during Christmas time. I love the decorations and people and the hustle and bustle. Comes with not driving and depending on my son and husband who do the driving and online purchases this year.
@bkbinthecity You may be very right, Brian, but I do like to shop, just not always in the traditional sense. I do love little out of the way shops and really like to see what I am purchasing unless online it is on someones wish list and can choose from there. My son and husband have had to deal with me not driving for 22 years so they have had to shop with me. I feel for them.

@bkbinthecity I think you're right. We like to go about 5:30 on weekday evenings. It seems like that is the lightest crowd time. Rule #1.... Don't go on weekends.
@bkbinthecity - i didn't make any purchase. i didn't buy anything for anyone. i was a scrooge last Christmas. i figure everyone's grown up and working, they should now be giving me gifts. hahaha! not happened though.
