Well today has been a roller coaster ride of emotions. We received news of two long time family friends who passed away. My brother-in-law had his surgery which was very successful and Melody and I took the time to drop of Christmas gifts to a few stores in the mall. Mall employees need to be remembered this time of year.
After dropping off a couple of gifts at Melody's nephew and his wife we came across this house all decorated. We took the time to drive around the block so I could get out and take a few shots. Did I also mention that Melody and I are getting over colds and her Dad has pneumonia . What can I say other than tomorrow will be a better day
Lovely picture. I'm sorry your family losses and happy your brother-in-law came through surgery. I'm happy you both are getting over your colds and her Dad I hope can quickly get past pneumonia. A life can have its ups and downs, and sometimes the downs aren't pleasant, but things turn around and I wish for you all to enter the New Year feeling better.
What a mixed bag of good and bad events you have been going through...I am sorry. Yes, tomorrow, the next day and 2015 will be better!
Fun, cheerful photo.
It's amazing how much effort many people go through to decorate for Christmas, and this is indeed beautiful. More beautiful are you and Melody--grieving, hurting, ailing, and braving the crowded mall because you have thought of the mall employees' plight. What an inspiration you both are!
Very cute light display--I enjoy driving around the neighborhood looking at lights, too! I'm sorry to hear of your recent losses and health issues. Thoughts and prayers are with you.
A beautiful photo. Glad you went around the block for the shots. So sorry for your friends passing. And prayers for you two to get over your colds and Melody's dad's pneumonia.
sorry to hear about your rough day. The lights in that house are amazing, i love how some people get so into it! Merry Christmas and hopefully the new year will bring better times.
Lovely lights! Thinking of you and your family! Sometimes life can be difficult and can feel extra hard when happening at the holidays. I wish you peace and happiness!
So sorry to hear of the loss of your friends. Glad the surgery went well for your BIL. Hope that everyone gets over their illnesses. Nice shot of the lights. Very bright.
I`m so sorry about the sad things that have happened, and the fact that you and Melody and her dad are all sick. On the other hand, it`s so nice to give gifts to mall employees, and very cheering to post this great colourful Christmas picture. Hope things are better in the new year.
It is so hard to be sick over the holiday! My thoughts and prayers are with you as you heal from your flues, mourn the loss of your friend and care for Melody's dad. I'm glad you found this cheery little display to help you think positive and feel better!
Fun, cheerful photo.
