History Lesson

One more shot from St. Joseph's Basilica. The Basilica has so many stained glass windows. This one stood out to me because if the historical connection to it.
This one shoes one of the early Catholic Priests in this area. Father Laconbe came and established a mission in St. Albert in 1861.
The chapel is shown at the bottom. This chapel is still around today making it the oldest building in Alberta.
The chapel is open to the public and tomorrow I will post a picture of the actual chapel
FAV!! Extraordinary beauty in this interesting stained glass window. Love how you caught the angle against the dark background.
