It is quite unusual. Since the title is "world Enough and Time" Maybe it represents the planets? It's strange there is also no explanation or plaque to tell his intent.
@janeandcharlie Yes Jane that is it. I looked it up and discovered that the three spheres represent the past present and future and how they are linked together
@bruni Bruni l looked it up and discovered the artist described it this way. The spheres represent time and how our thoughts and emotions in the present are couloured by the past through memory and the future through hope

I appreciate your comment. I love art and sculptures, but I want public money to be spent on art which has involved an artistic skill and is pleasing to the eye which I am unable to see in the photograph.
