@henrir I agree with you, in fact one year I took mine down and decided it was too depressing and rehung the ones in my window. I changed them out for led ones that look the same a few years ago but I battle my seasonal depression with them and it really helps

I like it when the lights and decorations stay up a little longer. In my mind they make the cold and gray winter a little warmer and brighter. Nice shot.
