Keeping Time Since 1913

This the same building as I yesterday's picture only from a different angle. This is the Strathcona Public Building which opened in 1913 as the South Edmonton Post Office. It is one Edmonton's more well known buildings due to the clock tower on the northeast corner of the building.
When the post office moved out of the building it sat vacant for a couple of years and was restored and reopened with new tenants

Edmonton seems to have lovely buildings & wide streets. Completely different look than us in the UK where are cities & towns are much closer together.
