Day twenty-two of my series on Things Canada is Known. Today it is Scenic Road Trips. Since Canada is such a huge country with a massive variety of different types of scenery from coast to coast taking a road trip allows one to enjoy this beautiful country.
Here are a few pictures l have taken depicting just a small taste of that scenery.
Top left going clockwise are the following.
1. The Road leading to Mount Edith Cavell in Jasper National Park.
2.The World's Largest Tomahawk located in Cut Knife, Saskatchewan .
3. The Queen Elizabeth ll Higway. The main road between Edmonton and Calgary here in Alberta.
4. Hoodoo located near Radium, British Columbia.
5. A few scenes taken on the backroads of Central Alberta.
A lovely collection of shots - fav! I was particularly attracted to the road leading to Mount Edith Cavell. There is an Edith Cavell monument near Trafalgar Square in London that I have taken photos of.
a huge Tomahawk.
