Weekly Theme - Skyward

From being inspired by our beautiful planet, to the stars and beyond, this week we're looking 'skyward' for the weekly theme.

We want you to look upwards - as far as capturing a star-packed long exposure shot, or an awesome picture of the Milky Way. Or you can look a little closer to earth as looking skyward isn't just about what we can spot in the universe, it could be as simple as looking up at a tree, building, some clouds or just a brilliant blue sky!

You even might decide not to shoot from the first perspective and focus on capturing other people, or pets, looking skywards.

Whatever you come up with, we can't wait to see your entries!

How to enter this week's theme

When uploading your photos use the tag section (on the edit/organise screen) and insert this week's theme tag: theme-skyward.

Entry Guidelines: Photos must be your own and must have been taken and uploaded from Tuesday 12th June until the following Sunday (6 days). 5 finalists will be chosen on the Monday evening (PST), then you get to vote for the winner.

Winner of the 'High Key' theme

Thanks again for casting your votes this week! I think it's safe to say this week's winner is a 365 theme first for subject matter, which is all the more reason to congratulate @ihallmackenreuther as the winner for the 'highkey' theme!

It's fair to say @ihallmackenreuther, who's also a 365 newcomer, thought outside the box with their "W(hite)C photo! From the clever title to the great depth of field and contrast between the dark grout and bright white tiles, this picture certainly stands out from the crowd!

Wow, there were so many stunning photographs entered into the earth theme! We loved seeing all the incredible places you guys have visited, or live in, plus there were some awesome original interpretations on the theme!
