Dave put our succulents/cactus into the new foxy plant pots he'd got me for Christmas. Kitsch birdy candle came from mum.
Last day of the hols and trying not to feel down and managed it most of the day - just started to feel a bit anxious as evening wore on. Blood pressure monitoring 24-hour tape due tomorrow also - so that won't be good news I don't think either.
Got out early for an exercise cycle round the marshes - picking up cinnamon buns, mushrooms and sesame bread. Brunch with the yummy bread and halloumi. Dave beavered around in the garden after repotting the succulents, and planting the tulip bulbs and chilli seeds.
I lazed about finishing watching Pretty Woman and watching another 80s classic Uncle Buck - stopping for a cinnamon bun tea stop with my new foxy mug just arrived from Marimekko.
Dave will be cooking up a tuna tagliatelle later - some for our supper, some for his lunches - getting ready to get back to normal.
Wish the weather would get back to normal - this new year has been the warmest ever apparently - I went out on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day without a coat or cardi. Far too warm.
