Some of our truly huge number of Christmas decorations waiting to be wrapped and packed away. Had hoped to do it today, but ran out of time.
Day off. We had been going away this weekend, but the thing we were going to got cancelled. But I kept the day off anyway. Tried the worry time again this morning and this time really dug into the worries in great detail, getting every last finicky worry down. Not sure but it seemed to help. I worried less today although might have been because the 3rd plumber hasn't got back to me, meaning I can put off the decision making side of things a bit longer.
Took the tube into Oxford Circus to look for some extra birthday presents for my mum. Found nice leather gloves in the John Lewis sale and also got some L'Occitane perfume and body cream. Also tried out the respirator masks I've bought, apparently offer more protection to the wearer than your average cloth ones. Seemed light and easy to wear.
Intercepted a text from Hilary as I left Blackhorse Road so popped round for a mint tea and chat. Once home, prepared gravadlax and potato wedges for our lemon sole, sort of posh fish and chips. Watched Smallfoot - charming and entertaining.
