The view from the riverside by the Bridge Theatre.
A very busy day and not a great start. Dave woke up at 5.30 and went to the loo, then came back and asked where his towel had got to, which sort of descended into an argument. And I never managed to drop off to sleep again. His towel was in the bathroom all the time btw.
Went to a new Zumba class at a different centre as I knew I wouldn't make this evening's. It was excellent and varied and tiring. Cycled home and immediately set off again to pick up a parcel from the post office. So was knackered before we even left for the theatre.
Off to see The Book of Dust at the modern Bridge Theatre by Tower Bridge. So so good. Great acting, and superb effects to depict the flooding and everyone's daemons. Sadly, they had a practice fire evacuation literally as the cast were taking their bows, so we barely had a chance to show our appreciation.
A lot of yummy meze after at The Real Greek. And a rehash of this morning's argument. Made up looking at all the pretty lit up buildings from the riverside. Home to collapse on the bed.
Just noticed that I have exactly 101 followers and 101 followees...
Wow that’s a super capture of Tower Bridge….what a very handsome bridge it is too. Big fave. Kiss & make up & why do men not see stuff under their noses!
