By Fanakapan at the tunnel under the Lea Bridge Road.
Felt much cooler for the first time with a stiff breeze despite the sun. Heavy rain predicted for later.
Cycled on after Zumba down Lea Bridge Road, popping in to the Waterworks Centre Nature Reserve - a community group are hoping to turn the old filter beds into a wild swimming area. Returned home over the marshes.
3 good things
1. Have spontaneously booked up for an accordion weekend in the spring - am craving teaching.
2. Spotted the cattle grazing on the marshes - part of the Lee Valley's conservation strategy.
3.Another hedonistic afternoon watching the last Autumnwatch with the remains of Monday's cava.
