The Telling

A performance by early music ensemble The Telling - a mixed repertoire of medieval songs, 17th century dance tunes and the odd drinking song to join in on. Much fun.

Had been low and anxious earlier, getting forms and so on ready for mum to sign - her neighbour had kindly agreed to be witness. Mum still not great with the heat - seeming a touch confused. Took her to Waterlow Park after for a light lunch and cake.

Came home and after sitting in the garden for a while, went for a lie down as was exhausted. To the concert after where it was good to bump into Kathryn and also L with T and T. They ended up coming in for tea, gin and nibbles afterwards which was nice.
