Brownsea Island ferry by busylady

Brownsea Island ferry

We spent a very relaxing half hour watching the ferry going in and out to the mainland, with a cuppa and a cake. Brownsea Island was once used only by the scouts for their regular camping trips. It is now open to the public and provides a very peaceful space for getting away from the crowds. We did have rain while on the boat but thankfully it stayed dry while we were on the island.
Nice to see from your Tags that this is in Dorset! A very nice feeling in this photo!
