That is the name of this sculpture which spans the River Witham in Lincoln city centre. Completed in 2002, it stands 16 metres tall & the locals weren't too enamoured with it to begin with, but now it is just accepted as part of the city.
Have obviously seen that spanning the river Witham for a few years now, never knew what it was called or what it was supposed to represent. Lovely photograph Carole.
