Pigeon Empowerment

Nipped into the city today in search of an outfit for a colleagues wedding that I am attending in two weeks - pouring with rain off & on (more on than off!) & eventually left empty handed!

Did manage to get an iPhone picture of the "Empowerment " sculpture that straddles the River Witham, which seems to be an attraction to roosting pigeons!
