Had a fantastic day today, taken out to the north coast ( well as north as you can get without being in the Turkish zone) by a friend of ours, Marg, who we last saw 20 years ago & who now lives out here. We were off the beaten track & have travelled through old Cypriot villages, virtually untouched by tourism. It may have been 20 years, but we picked up again as if we’d only seen each other last week.
Best day of the holiday. Loved being with Marg. Twenty years ago, only seems like yesterday. We must come and see her again (though she drives like a lunatic local 🤣)
