How do You Eat Yours?

There is often a discussion here about whether the jam goes on the top or the cream. This is a fruit scone with raspberry jam & Cornish clotted cream. The people of Cornwall say that the way depicted above is the right way, the Devonians in the neighbouring county disagree & say jam goes on the top!
This is definitely the correct way. Lovely shot - making me hungry.

This is absolutely the right way, and it looks scrumptious. How could you put jam on top of the cream?

Great shot. Iโ€™m voting for the jam first, clotted cream on top. My Mum is Cornish.

February 18th, 2021
Mmmmmm, always jam then cream - think it would be hard to do the other way round!
February 18th, 2021
I don't know- I think it ends up in your stomach the same way whether the cream is on top or in the middle. And I'm sure the order doesn't alter the taste- whatever way you want to serve it to me, I'll eat it! Looks delicious!
February 18th, 2021
I would enjoy it either way. It looks delicious.
February 18th, 2021
It looks so pretty this way - made a great photo
February 18th, 2021

Perfect food shot
February 18th, 2021
Hehe as long as they end up in the stomach together no worries. Let the two counties quarrel about it and enjoy eating it.
February 18th, 2021
This way looks divine! YUM!
February 18th, 2021
Definitely cream on top.
February 18th, 2021
Absolutely cream on top.
February 18th, 2021
Looks yummy
February 18th, 2021
The cream has to go the top especially if it's clotted cream otherwise you can't get enough of it :)
February 18th, 2021
Yumm!
February 18th, 2021
Looks delicious! I'd say the cream goes on top, but I'd happily eat them either way :-)
February 18th, 2021
Fabulous. You're making me so hungry. This is good enough to be in a recipe book
February 18th, 2021
Pat
I'm with you, always jam on the bottom. These look so delicious.
February 18th, 2021
Very yummy capture.I find it's easier to put cream on top of jam rather than the other way
February 18th, 2021
What are you doing to me, I want nothing now but a huge scone with jam and cream!
February 18th, 2021
I have to put the jam on first as I always managed to drop the cream if I don't!
February 18th, 2021
Yum :)
