The theme for today is on the go and I am - as are these clouds.
Church this morning and then to Michael's to help pack boxes for the big move next week.
It is all becoming so real. Michele and I were in tears several time this afternoon going through all that you collect. They have spent eight years in this house. I don't know if I would have my grandson if they hadn't have moved to Fleetwood. They live next door to the nicest family with four kids. When they moved in the youngest girl was about four and Michael fell in love with her. They weren't going to have any children and this little girl changed their minds.
That's a beautiful shot of the clouds...seems like the reflect your emotions right now. I know this is quite a hard thing, having them move away. ((hugs))
Moves are never easy.......and neither is clearing 'stuff'!
So I understand the challenges for you all. But 'moving ' is not always moving away and even if more miles between the years of closeness will have created strong bonds. Birds with strong wings can also fly back!
Amazing clouds! Moves makes me cry... it hurts so much to separate but its necessary before you can meet again and meeting again after a lifetime is certain for those who are friends :D
Oh dear a big change for you all Cathy, it's hard when family move away , I know what we felt like when ours moved 12000 miles away to NZ but you do get used to it & spend more quality time when you are together.
Very dramatic - I like how they have no real edge to any of them.
Packing is one of the worst parts of moving. It's very sobering trying to fit your life into boxes.
