Beetle?

I took a pretty close shot and then cropped in even closer to get a good look at this guy. I thought he was a spider but now I think a beetle of some sort. Too bad there is no light today to catch his gold tones. It is very gray today and breezy in the mid sixties. Really feels like Fall.
