Happy Fall

So, without my permission, it is happening. Fall, for better or worse, is upon us.

How dare Fall arrive without your permission! How rude! It does have some redeeming features - we get to cook and bake again, we get to wear our cosy sweaters, we can sit by the fire (and have it on!) and those gorgeous colours!!! I for one, am thrilled to have four distinct seasons - love them all!

I do love the glorious colours of Autumn (as we call it here)... and it is quite nice to be able to snuggle up on the settee and watch more tv with a nice glass of wine!

Just love the smells in autumn, home fires, bonfires and if ever in Scotland the smell of a peat fire takes some beating! Beautiful colours in your shot, don't fight it, embrace it!!

Beautiful turning of the leaves. Our leaves are changing, but unfortunately, no color. Just green to brown. Hope some of the trees do have a fall changing of colors.
