I was delighted to check in today and find my balloon shots on the PP! I had so much fun taking them. It is just so cool that we do the Balluminaria every year. Next year I will know how crowded it gets!
Today's shot is Noah and Owen. Gina and Andy had to meet with our Pastor this morning after church for her "Presbyterian 101" class. So, for the first time, I had both of the boys. It is amazing what happens when you put an iPad in a child's hands. Gina brought hers down and I let Owen play with mine. They know exactly what to do! No instruction necessary. And, it keeps them amazingly quiet.
They sat down in the dining room because Noah had to recharge the one he had and he needed a plug. They looked so cute playing together (they don't always get along) that I had to make this my shot of the day. I left the shadow of the plant on the wall as I was fascinated with it.
What did we do without iPads, iPods, etc. Cool to see that shadow and the light.
BTW, I am still so amazed by your Balluminaria shot--INCREDIBLE. I would have been shocked if it hadn't been on the PP. Will look for it in the Top 20!!!
I'm glad I saw the balloon shots - I tried to fav it but it wouldn't accept it - too many favs? I love your settings to get this skin texture and colour!
Congrats on the PP Cathy, I've joined you today with my pier shot! This is a lovely moment you've captured here, they look so absorbed and at ease! I've got two grandsons who are iPad experts too!
