These are the little devils that have been holding my back together. I was so relieved to get them out this morning. I have to be careful for another two weeks and then he said that I could go back to the Silver Sneakers classes that I enjoy and haven't attended in forever due to COVID.. My Dr. K is such a blessing in my life.
