I watched yesterday as these 3 mad young men ran into the sea. The air temp was 8-9c so the sea temp was only about 5c freezing, not to mention the strong breeze! Not the clearest of photos but I couldn’t resist, they didn’t stay there long!!

Probably the first opportunity for them to get to the ocean in awhile. Youngsters do things that we olders have sense enough not to, either by experience or common sense.
Haha they must be really crazy. Some years ago my daughter and her husband visited my son who lived in England at the time and they went for a day out at the beach. Son-in-law who very rarely does swimming in Malta, put on his bathing trunks, raced down to the sea and he was back even quicker than the way he went down.
A lovely shot, I love the rows of waves. I really don't understand why these young men should go rushing into them! I'm not very keen on going into the sea in summer!
