Another batch of cookies /biscuits to keep our fitters happy. I’ve never seen as many biscuits made and ate in a long while. These are chewy cherry and as usual ginger, hopefully there is enough for the remaining days. There has been a hiccup or two but hopefully all will be done by Tuesday, it’s going to take some getting used to but it did need sorting.
